Mounds
These mounds may simply be clearance cairns, but they are fairly large and circular, and some seem to have a ditch around them.
So far they have only been found in these four locations, although there may well be others.

A Inchina, Gruinard. Here, the mounds surround a roundhouse. The faint remains of an enclosure boundary can be made out.
B Eilean an Eich Bhàin, Fionn Loch. This small island next to the shore is almost completely covered in mounds.
C Àird Mhòr, Loch Kernsary. Some of these mounds appear to have a ditch around them.
D Creagan Bàna, River Ewe. A large roundhouse lies close to the mounds.
